You and everyone else in this world. Most of the restoration Speedster projects are all gone - they have already been rescued and restored...

If I sound cynical, it's because I must have talked to about 50 people in the past few years who are looking for the same thing. They are just not out there, unless you go barn-to-barn in Germany. The prices that people charge for basket cases are rediculous, and make them immediately unaffordable (I have seen basket cases start from $25-$30K).

I'm just trying to realign your expectations...

But the best of luck to you - there's always a chance that one will turn up somewhere...
