Trying to get it sorted and ready for Rennsport V.

Up in the panhandle. Miles and miles of open roads that lead to nowhere

I am ready to have it back. Interior is twenty year old Autos International full leather. Good shape except one rear quarter panel which got wet from a rear glass leak. Because it was my daily driver/work car for 5 years in Texas heat it shrunk. I've been treating it with a great leather conditioner and it is now back to normal shape. Carpet is faded badly which certainly gives it that aged Patina look. Not sure I want that with the repaint. Should be finished in the next two weeks. Having a problem sourcing a new windshield for less than crazy prices.

Call Prosource Glass Intl in Ma. I just got windshields for my Rolls and my Ferrari and their pricing is super low.

Checked prosource glass they have 911 windshields but don't show 356. I emailed but haven't heard back. Cheapest I have found is 650. I paid 380 20 years ago so that may be as low as there is.

Really, no 356 glass? I know I got one for my "C" from them, but that was perhaps 10 years ago.

After spraying the color, you spray clear. Once the clear cures for a few days go back and block sand it with 400 grit paper to completely level it. Then spray another few coats of clear. Then wet sand starting with 1000 up to 3000 then buff.
