Porcshe 904GTS barn find story and question

In a club magazine posted on the net, called Der Voringer, there is a story by former Memphis resident Sydney Butler about when back in 1970 he bought a 904GTS for around $6,000 out of a classified ad.

I would like to consider this story for a book but need to know when Syd advertised it for when he sold it on and what year was that. He doesn't have the SN in the story but it's a fun story to read.

SN is 904097. Sold to MR Sportscars, Baar/Zug (CH) who sold it to Alois Ruf in Pfaffenhausen (D), per Barth/Albinet book.
