Porsche Crest 356 brake calipers

I had taken my front and rear brake calipers apart to rebuild them. I had an extremely hard time getting the pistons out but managed to blow them out eventually. I got the rebuilt kits but having a difficult time getting the pistons to go in. There's a sieve that seems to prevent the pistons to go into the caliper. Does anyone know how to reassemble them and is there a certain silicone that is used.
Thanks
Alan

The 356 registry guys can help you out. This place is pretty worthless for 356’s. I went with disc brakes after having troubles similar to yours.
