No power to fuse for power windows, trying to raise both windows

Trying to raise my windows so I can put the door handles and new window trim back on after having the car painted. No power to the fuse on the fuse block. Other fuses are fine, just not the 12V input to this one block. I’m stumped.

Alternative- jump the switch to raise the windows?

I can build engines and transmissions, but am electrically challenged, guess that’s why I was a mechanical engineer in college, not EE.

Garage
Did you try swapping relays. Check for power to terminal 30 should be hot at all times, and 86 with the ignition switch on.

My roommate at Houston was from Wheaton.

I thought the relay would be between the fuse and the window switches, but I can check.

I’m an east coast transplant to Wheaton but I’ve been here since’96. Great community, too bad it’s in a state that is literally taxing people away.

Ah, the power does go through the relay first. I’ll make sure 30 has power in, and 87 out with key on. Thanks!

So not sure which action cured my problem, but all is good.
I put a fresh Odyssey PC680 in. Was trying to work windows with a small battery out of my 50cc scooter though it showed 12v. Maybe not enough amps to trigger the 12V 40A relay?
I pulled the really out, cleaned the terminals and put it back in.

Door handles, new window trim, and mirrors back on. Thanks everyone
