Another Fuel Line Thread

SWB with a 69 MFI motor. The tunnel lines are newer but could be replaced, all the easy bits have been done. Sender is out, fuel and tank are OK, at least without pulling it. Compressed air on both I/O lines bubbles into the tank. Pump energizes but not with the pressure sound and no fuel exits. So... can I bench test the fuel pump and if so how? If it wasn't a $750 pump I'd just throw one in. BTW, I'm not sure who did this conversion but it was at least 2 PO's ago.

I can't find my manuals so that goes on the order I'm already building. Thank you Pelican.

$8.99 battery powered siphon. Easy way to empty a tank if the on board pump or lines are out.
