I think i was the first origianal builder of a porsche 911 junior in the eighties
the ones i built were also powered by a honda motor and had a glasss body steel chassis, rack and pinion steering, front suspension, and wide race kart alloys and slicks
they had wilton carpets, connoly leather, and double duck hood bags, sealed beam head lamps, radios, working gauges, these i built in braintree essex uk and were sold through harrods and selfriges until i sold the buisness and moved to australia
i still have 1 new 1 / shell hanging in my shed waiting for gran kids to grow up

I remember seeing these cars in Harrods in the '80s I wanted one so bad, but they were so expensive, thousands of Pounds in those days so no way was my dad buying me it.


Nowadays you can buy Chinese made electric ones for $150. I bought one for my boy, remembering how much I wanted one and he loves it so much. He sits in it like a little emperor driving it around the park, all the other little ones gather around asking to drive it too.

I can't imagine how cool it would have been to have one of your ones in the '80s.

It depends on the cindition. These cars are hard to come by, they are no longer being produce. There is though a company in England that finds them restored them and resell them. Prices can go from $3,000 to $15,000 if like new condition or totally restore to look like new.
