Looks like a hack job. Could be a C2 turbo add on kit that has a single exhaust outlet out of the muffler and the second exhaust tip is fed by the wastegate.

Why would a state dmv require you to take your factory turbo configuration because of emissions? And why would someone actually do this? Very hard to believe!

What are those exchangers? Are those stock C2T?

I think that was an aftermarket exhaust and that he bought the car used, So technicly he bought the car with the exhaust.. but it's not factory either.

Looks like 930 w/ 3.6L single turbo engine w/ aftermarket exhaust w/o cat...
