North Hollywood Speedometer is the place to send it from what I've seen in the forum - there may be another place that members suggest as well.

Palo Alto is good too. NHS sold awhile ago a I’ve “heard” NOT experienced, that timeline and quality have suffered. I’ve used both and currently have a set at Palo Alto.

You might give Buz at Seattle Speedometer a call, I have been happy with the work he did for me

Palo Alto Speedometer has been around longer than many of us have been alive. Same owners for decades. In thirty years I've never been disappointed with the results of their work. I can't say that about any other aspect of automotive restoration / refurbishment.
