Czech Air-cooled Event
A few pics from today's air-cooled event in the Northern part of the Czech Republic. Visited a few castles and an old factory. A nice collection of air-cooled cars.

Where in Czech? My wife is from northern Moravia. Havířov east of Ostrava. I always dream of bring my 911 over for the summer.

@wi54545: I drove from Prague to the start near Luštěnice-Zelená (not far from Mladá Boleslav). The route took us North from there into the Jíčin, Hrubá Skala, Malá Skala region. Sending your 911 over wouldn't be too difficult. I shipped mine from Chicago directly to Prague (some Czech guys based in Chicago came to Iowa to pick up the car for me, and then shipped it with a batch of other cars) about 10 yrs. ago. They're probably still in business. I could look up there contacts in my old emails if you're interested. It wasn't too expensive then, but not sure on pricing now.
