Swapping Zenith carbs for Webers

Hi
Does anyone know if it's possible and what's involved to swap carbs from Zenith40TIN (with vac line to dizzy) to Weber40IDA3C on a 1972 2.4T?

Friend has webers on his 2.4. Once he got the jetting sorted they work very, very well.
Paul Abbott has all the set up info and the jets etc. He's the weber guru.
Basically plug and play as regards intake and linkage etc.

i have always heard the zeniths were a better carb.

my brother had them on his 2.4 and it was extremely quick.
I had webers on a 2.2e that I put in a 914 and always thought his 2.4 was quicker.

mind you, tuning has a lot to do with it.

you may need to recurve the distributor or place a vac port on one of the manifolds to get the needed advance of timing as the rev's increase.
