Questions about these gauges

I am a little confused about some things on my gauges. First of all, the redline I have on this tacho, is this the correct redline for a -72 2.4T?

Oh, and also this tachometer has this thing on the bottom that supposedly is some sort of indicator for lights...buuut, I have same kind of indicator on my speedo. Here:

What are they for? Is one extra?

Aaand theen, the oil pressure gauge. Well it has these lights for oil pressure (?) and the other indicator there is for alternator. My car had electricals all screwed up and now I have been able to locate the alternator light (it was in the engine compartment) but I don't have the wire (blue one) behind the instrument panel.

I can wire that, but I am confused about the oil pressure light. I don't have a clue which coloured wire I should connect to the oil pressure light.

Here's picture of that gauge.

Here are pictures of the other gauges I have on my car, the one with alarm lights is the one I made myself because I did not have a clock, and I have these extra gauges. So, I made this gauge which has a cool flashy led for an alarm system, and it also indicates if my fuel pump and my ignition box is receiving power (in case my car for some reason dies)

Are these even the right gauges for my car (don't count the "clock"/self made combo gauge)?

You have an S tach. A T engine redlines at ~6800 not 7200. Maybe you have the S engine to go with the tach....

The light indicator on the speedo indicates your running lights are on but your headlights are off. The one on your tach indicates your high beams are on.

The top light on the oil pressure gauge is the handbrake/brake problem indicator.

What happened to the oil tank level gauge?

On the USA version or the '72 911T, the fuel gauge occupies the left side of a dual gauge, and the oil tank level occupies the right side of that very same gauge.

The clock replacement gauge is pretty cool.
What are the LEDS?

CDI Power?
F Pump Power?

When I was doing some trouble shooting, I placed an additional switch with a light in it. When pushed in the start fuel was interrupted and the center would illuminate it power was present to the solenoid that opens during cold start. When out the system behaved normally.

CDI Power means that the ignition box is getting +12V, same for the f.pump = fuel pump.

I am gonna put voltage meter in the middle so i can read if everything is ok.

About the oil level gauge, well, I don't have it and when I have seen gauges of other people, their gauges vary at least when talking about that oil level thingamob.

I wish i had it, but when I checked my oil tank does not have any wires attached to it.

RE: "What happened to the oil tank level gauge?"

The single fuel gauge was standard on 911T through '71 and standard on 911T and 911E in '72 and '73. The combination gauge was standard on other models and optional on those just mentioned.

Combo fuel/oil level standard:
'69 S
'68 S and U.S. spec L
'67 S
'66
'65

So is there a blank-off plate on the back side of the tank (wheel side)? I would be the same size as a fuel tank sender flange and would use the same gasket.

Zendalar, as stated by Bill you have an S tacho.
However, a T tacho redlines at 6300rpm whereas the E tacho redlines at 6800rpm.
