Porsche 911 SC Cabriolet Soft Top Fitting Instructions

Hi team,

I have a 1983 911 Cabriolet (manual soft top)
I understand that Porsche had a service bulletin at some point around the early 80's for replacing the soft top on the cabriolet. I've done some searching online and I haven't been able to find it. I've found the Cabriolet Owner's manual supplementary guide which has info on caring for the roof and how to make adjustments, but nothing about actual installation.
I have even emailed Porsche directly for this here in Australia, but my emails just go unanswered.

I know there's a forum post or two on here about people who have done the job themselves and posted step by step photos. However, I'm really keen to see what official Porsche info there is out there on installation/removal.

Is anybody aware of such a bulletin existing and could possibly direct me to an online version or send me a copy?

Wow, I can't believe that there is no actual instruction guide out there on how to do this.
All of the manufacturers just offer a generic installation guide which is completely unhelpful.
Or they say, the best instructions are what you will learn from taking the old one apart.

Surely Porsche had an official workshop bulletin floating around on this...

I have it. It is a service information for model 83.
PM me with email and I will send it.

What is the porsche number on the back of that manual? Gotta do a top replacement on my 87. I have the adjustment book.
