On the road again...
Just a quick 'thanks' to all the pelicanites who threw in their 2 cents (esp. Kevin with his 4 cents) in my clutch rebuild fiasco.
Back at the garage today with the correct parts (imagine) and everything went smooth as silk. Did valve adjust, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor as well. Got it all together and back in (without a helper even) and didn't end up with any extra parts. The only casualty was a heater blower to header hose which will have to be replaced. I've also come to the conclusion that there is no way in heck I'm ever going to attempt a valve adjust on my (89 930) with the engine in the car! Half the top-end would have to come apart (the drivers side half)! Anyway, no leaks, better performance (valves were OUT OF SPEC to say the least) and a new clutch thats like butter... Thanks guys!
