Fixed broken odometer gear - love this site!!
Like many others, the odometer gear in my car broke. Did a little research, ordered the part, followed all the numerous posts with tips and advice.... and voila!!!! Fixed in about 20 mins. Amazing... never would have figured that one out on my own without breaking something in the process.

Lucky you! I took mine apart expecting to find a broken odometer gear but nope! Gear is still intact, the odometer drive motor is no longer functioning
