Hello.

Need some help.

I am going to buy a 911 from 1974.
The engine no. is 6362861.
so is it a 150 hp 2,7 L or how many Hp ?

sounds about right.

be careful
I would have a Porsche shop do a PPI on it.
this car can be a $$$ pit depending on condition, unless the price is right. still a sink hole but you start out with a shallower hole.

6 = 6 cyl. engine
3 = 2.7 L 911 - 165 HP
6 = 1976 model year
2861 = consecutive build number

This is most likely a Euro (RoW) engine...

Sounds right but don't assume its the original engine ...
