no start blues
Hello All,
My 75 911/930 has developed an attitude. Not just when I gas it either! Lately when I turn the key it doesn't want to start. Nothing, all lights and fuel pump go but no start. Then it'll fire right up. Should I look at some connections before I replace the ignition swith? Also, my car only gets 10 miles per gallon when I drive it hard. Should I be getting more, or do i maybe have a problem? 3.0 w/rayjay turbo setup. Thanks for your help!! Carlos (fastlos) 75 911/930 Turbo 68 AMX 390 95 trooper

Check connections on battery (both pos. and neg.) connections on starter, ground strap from transmission mount to body and make sure the plug on the back of the ignition switch is clean and pushed all the way in. If all those are good then probably bad ignition switch.
