Throttle body vacuum lines and empty nipple

So I've got two "skinny" vacuum lines off the throttle body, red one to the dizzy (I think) and one to the smog pump (yellow one) pump is not operational per my wrench.
Does the red one towards the front of the car go to the dizzy? Pretty sure it does but I miss labeled it somehow AAR doh ...

Then there is the nipple with no connection (green one). Is this normal for a non-CA '79 SC?

The front one, red, would be the vacuum advance for the distributor at high RPM.
The one to the rear, green, is vacuum at idle
you have vacuum needed for the pod between #2 and3 runner and electrical connector.

So the dizzy only has one connector? Vacuum at idle connects how?
The pod is the WUR?

The pod is on 78/79 has a flat two point electrical connector and a vacuum line under what is the heater blower motor. It’s about a 2 inch disc.
The distributor on 78/79 only vacuum advances at higher RPM. the connection is above the butterfly
The green connector is vacuum at idle, below the butterfly

So is the “green nipple” vacuum at idle supposed to connect to something?
