I have a 1984 911 3.2 RHD with factory air conditioner.

I have no bow tie vents

What's up with my car ?

Nothing. Due to the AC evaporator being in the passenger footwell the bow tie vent was not installed.

Check the PET for Cooling air duct Left-hand drive.
