parts compatibility between 98 and 71 model years

Sorry for this Noob question...

how much of a 1998 911 mechanical, suspension and interior an be swapped over into a 1971 ?
I have 1971 911T that needs an engine and trans and plenty more and have access to a wreck for parts.

I'm not concerned about the fuel or engine control as I would probably use an MS3pro, with that out of the way, the trans, wheels, brakes, steering rack, master cylinder, brake booster - none of that would port over with a bit of fabrication work ?

All that you listed, basically not without some fairly large mods, and none that bolt directly on.

I understand that the windshield should work but it would have to be eurethaned in using the 993 trim and you'd never get the one out of the 993 without breaking it.
Seats.
Exterior mirrors.
Wheels using really big spacers as the offsets are way different.
Probably lots of random bits and pieces...

My question was from a mechanical standpoint. Any way, I have a 1971 911T that has a small block Chevy conversion (the way I bought the car at auction) So it's missing the original engine and transmission. Since I'd prefer a Porsche engine but I don't want a low power version, I though may as well swap in a later Porsche engine and transmission since it's way past anything original.
The car has also been updated to an 1987 RUF CTR body style.

Doing this will be a huge undertaking so I'd prefer not doing things like cutting the torsion tube or investing in a short bellhousing G50 mod. Guess I will limit my search for a parts car to 1986. Would have been awesome to put in a 3.6 though..

You can use a 3.6 with a 915 tranny, no cutting

Put in the 3.6, sell the g50 trans and pay for the body panels to return to 1970. Make custom interior and watch the heads turn.
