This (doesn't) Blow!!!

I'm starting to think about my winter projects on my '69 911 and one of the issues that I'd like to fix is the dash switch for the blower fan (no AC).

The blower motor was replaced a few years back after it caused a electrical fire (documented on this forum, so you can look it up), as well as the wiring, relays etc. I've trouble-shoot the wiring and everything is in order. The fan works fine at all 3 speeds when the car is parked and the engine is off. Start it up and the fan doesn't work. I've confirmed power to the circuit.

That pretty well leaves me with the 911.613.112.04 which is NLA. it's basically a PCB with some contacts that slide across it to connect the different fan circuits to power. A visual inspection last year revealed noticeable wear on the PCB traces.

Anyone else run into this?
