Identify this Flange??
Help!
Had a drive shaft come free and I messed up this flange. I'm over in New Zealand and for the life of us we cannot figure out this part number. The car it is off is a 1979, with a 915 gearbox attached to a 3.6l. The car is a Frankenstein of parts. I can't make out the part number on the flange, the diameter of the shaft before the spline is 35mm, M10 bolts and the OD is 110mm. As for the part number. Hell if I can make it out. These part numbers are a best guess but almost none of the numbers can really be made out. 975 337 709 01 Or 975 387 709 01 ![]() ![]() ![]() |

It’s a course spline with 10mm bolts. Course spline is pre SC
10mm bolts were used in the early 70s with two roll pins and 4 bolts. I’ll edit if I see in PET BRUCE The 72 / 73. Used four bolts and two roll pins Last edited by Flat6pac; 09-25-2018 at 03:39 PM.. |

That number is good. Here is my old '72 drive flange. I'm not sure how to best modify the hole for the roll pin to accept a 10mm thread. Any ideas on that?
