Garage
Steering wheel advice please

Hi guys
I managed to firstly buy the wrong flag mirrors for my 930 returning back to original look.
It now seems I managed to buy the wrong steering wheel also.
Can someone advise me what part number steering wheels should fit a 1987 930.

My garage has just sent me a pic of the ref number for the current wheel 964.347 084 00 (02 VERL)
So I assume this is the original 4 spoke wheel for a 964 - which looks identical to the 3.2 Carrera or 930 wheel of this era

I have seen multiple posts after searching, that they used the same spline between 74-89, but the early 964's were built in 89

Did the early 964 4 spoke wheels have the same spline as the older cars, or did they change the splines?

In the meantime my garage has offered me a replacement steering wheel for 600€ which is about $705

Yes - they are not so plentiful this side of the pond as most 911's are returning back to original look/spec (including mine)

Any advice appreciated

Per the factory parts catalog for 87-89 the steering wheel part number would have been:
911-347-084-08 380mm sport steering wheel or 911-347-084-09 380mm sport steering wheel with elevated hub.
