Post a pic of what your switches look like, and it will help us determine what you need.

You might be able to repair them. See "how-to" fix power seat switches......

you might try spraying some electrical contact cleaner. I got mine from radio shack to fix my volume button on an old concord radio which started to cut in and out as I turned the volume knob. i sprayed the contact cleaner into the edges of the seat switch and it worked right away. I couldn't move the pax seat fore and aft and I wasn't able to access the bolts holding it down, hence trying the contact cleaner. it's been 10 yrs since I sprayed it and still working fine

so I did use contact cleaner and it worked for a few minutes
I took one apart and "repaired" it thus shorting out the circuit

time for new switches

I have been cleaning mine for years because I never use them and the contacts get corroded. The cleaner works until I believe the contacts get really bad and then its time for some light sand paper. Sounds like new switches may be in order if cleaning them with an abrasive doesn't work. I've thought about removing the seat motors but haven't looked into the chance that I may be sitting on the floor.
