Just got Bursch exhaust...have a question...
I just got my Bursch exhaust, and it sounds great! However, I'm wondering if there is some kind of custom bracket to help hold the muffler to the engine mount like the stock straps used to? It seems like a lot of weight to be putting on just the 4 muffler bolts and headers.

I thought that the straps went around the muffler and the hanger bolted to rear of the engine. I have a monza 2 in 4 out and I connected two large stainless hose clamps together in place of each OE strap.
They went around the hanger and hold everything in nice and tight.

I have a Bursch also and had the exact same feeling (you should check out OK roads....rough is understated). Opted to go safe and decided to loop some exhaust hanger around the muffler and hang it at the same point the stock muffler hangs. Seems to be working ok, also went ahead and painted it black to match the muffler (heat resistent paint).
