[QUOTE=Kraftwerk;10203722]Love that color!

My wife fell in love with it the moment she saw it and i have not met a women yet that did not love it, but guys in general dont care for it. It has taken me a while to get used to it but it grows on you because its so unusual. i have never seen another air cooled 911 that color and i was looking for an ultraviolet GT3RS at rennsport to try and park next to too compare but i never saw one, the original color was black. I bought this car from a used car lot in ft. luaderdale with an overrevved motor for 12k so i really wouldn't care if it was pink LOL

Did you drive down Ocean Ave in Carmel Friday or Saturday during Renn? I think my wife and I saw you and your wife drive by us as we were crossing over to the south side because we saw a 993 missing it's rear window.

HAHA KARL, no that one was a 1979 and this one should be a 2020 model although he did put his name on the list but i think these will be for the likes of bill gates, jerry seinfeld, jay leno, or rich oil sheiks as they are only making 77 of them and word has it they were all spoken for before the reveal at Rennsport. Also it will cost considerably more to restore the 79 935 by the time its done than the new 935 cost now but the 79 will IMO be worth double or triple dependeng on the facts and history of it which we are still researching and waiting on answers from PORSCHE AG SmileWavy

What's going on with shop Richard?

porschyard 10-21-2018 06:25 PM

i am still in business but i relocated the shop to my property in lake wales 3 1/2 years ago to scale back and enjoy life more (like going to rennsport reunion). i still bring in some cars now and then trying to stick with aircooled stuff. i will probably start selling off my stash next year, i figure it will take at least 5 years or more so hope i can time it for real retirement if that ever happens. the shop is quite a bit bigger than the shop in hallandale and holds most of my toys nicely with room for cust. cars. stop by next time you get dragged to orlando by the GF LOL
