rust prevention?
What do you spray on engine components to reduce chance of rust? .. example; the clips on the distributor.
thanks Jason

Tough question, ooof. I've not had anything on my car really want to rust with normal "non salty road" driving. Regular wet-roads and rain have not caused any issues with mine but it does live in a decent garage when not in use. I drive mine a lot. If I thought a few simple things needed protection not already there I might consider fresh cad. plating or some paint.

Hey Jason - take a look at the link below. The WD40 corrosion version looks like it'll work well. https://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/ksearch/PEL_search_2016.cgi?command=DWsearch&description=Rust+Fighters+ |

Another good product is Fluid Film, which comes in aerosol form. It is made with lanolin and works well for, exactly what you're talking about but can smell a bit like a wet sheep if you go overboard with it. I bought it when I couldn't find Gibbs locally, use it on my 911's fan and other pieces that benefit from some protection.
