What am I looking at- bolt behind front A arm
 
I was looked by over my car this AM after an autocross event yesterday and noticed this bolt located in the front pan on both sides behind the A arm. I can’t seem to figure out it’s purpose.

Any insight is appreciated.

Thats the torsion bar ride height adjuster.

And when you lower the car the toe goes inward and vice versa.
