smog system removal plugs torque?

Removing the smog system from my '79Sc 3.0

Removed the ducting and ordered the plugs from pelican that thread into the exhaust ports. Is the a recommended torque range for something like that?
Also, I am usually cautious to use the red thread locker but this seems like a good application for that. You guys agree or disagree with that?

1/8" brass hex head pipe plugs fit perfectly and their taper thread keeps them in place. Doubt you will find a torque setting for those, just use common sense.
