I have a black leather aftermarket one that came with my ‘84 years ago. If you are interested I can take some pics and post them when I get home tonight.
Edit: Are you talking about the one on the door? If so, any of the major parts suppliers have many of them.

You will need the driver side map pocket, the lid for the map pocket and if you don't already have one you will need the door pull. What color do you want?
