1977 930 help with the right wheel size.

Hello,new to the forum.Finally got my dream car 1977 911[930].
I think i want to go with 17's and maybe 18's in back.
Can i get help with the width and backspacing that work the best without any rubbing issues.
I was trying to figure out myself,but was confusing.
Want to get it right the first time,so i figured ask the experts that have been there before.

You can fit 17x9 front and 17x11 rear. Tire choices are another thing. Two manufacturers and three tread choices for the street. A couple of track only choices.
17x8 and 17x10 give you more tire options. I don't know what size 18" wheel will work in front. Rear should be the same.

As for backspacing I don't know Brant and Fiske just sent me what he knew would work.
