Spark Plugs for 1979 3.0 8.5 Compression?

A lot has changed over the years. Can someone point me to a good spark plug for a car that will be tracked and autocrossed? Thanks

COPPER PLUGS!!!
bosch supers or NGK copper. start with a heat range of 5 (for bosch).

left off the bosch part.

Thanks,

There are so many options. I am certain I am overthinking this.

A Bosch 5 is different from a NGK 5.

I just bought these. I am finding the choices are many.

NGK 7832 Spark Plug

7832 crosses to a bp5es or bosch W8D.

that's a pretty hot plug to start with.

I just realized that. The numbers are confusing. It is a plug that EBS sells for these engines. Also, the 78-79 can run with a hotter plug.

I think I need a 7 rating for an EKG.

Thanks for the help.

I will be returning the “hot” plugs and have ordered NGK-BR7EIX-(6664). This would be equivilant to Bosch 5.
