How can I find out my RoW car came from the factory with pasha?
 
none of the vin decoders work with the RoW vin and I hear CoA can't be trusted?

puts me in kind of a tough spot.

Hi Clark.

You could try to order a certificate of authenticity for your car from the Porsche factory and also ask them specificaly if your car came with Pascha when new.
