1986 Door opening mechanical parts
Hi ,
Can someone help me with my problem with door opening parts: I need new parts (old one are not usable - completely rusted). Need to replace item 29, 26 30 on both doors. Part numbers that are shown are different for older models and newer models. My is 86 and it should use different cable for left and right door. Unfortunately one of them is no longer available from Porsche 91153150900. Does anyone can tell me what is the difference between older style cable and newer style , and is it possible to use older style which is still available (do i need other parts to be also from older style)? Thanks for help, Stan

The older door cables are slightly longer and do not have the helper spring but the other parts should be inter changeable with some older SC door parts and I have all three of those parts used.
