custom muffler?
 
Looking for somebody who does custom exhaust work in stainless steel, specifically custom mufflers (like what Ben from MK Exhaust used to do many moons ago. Is Ben still around?).

Which Springfield?

I have a guy in Trenton, NJ I could hook you up with.
He did a one-off 914 conversion SS muffler with pea shooters for my 912E.

The guys at Sleepers Speed Shop could whip something up for you that's pretty wicked.

They mated this factory GT3 muffler to my SC and it sounds amazing.
