Are all Coils the Same?
I need to change out the coil on my 76 911s. It currently has a Bosch coil, Crane box, and msd wires. I haven't seen a MSD coil for the 2.7 liter, but I'd like one. So are all MSD coils the same?

I was told to get the MSD high vibration coil to go with the MSD box. The reason was that the high vibration means it can be mounted upside down (ie in the factory position).
Its an ok price too. Peel off the dodgy sticker and it is plain black underneath.

They recommend the high vibe coil for upside down use as they feel the oil will uncover some heat generating areas and damage itself.
