Tracing power to fog lamps, '87 Carrera

Does the wiring to the left (drivers) fog lamp pass thru the headlight bucket? It seems I'm not getting power to the fog and I remember several lines passing thru the headlight bucket when I was in there fixing a running light power issue. Wiring diagram shows the fog has its own line, but I'm having trouble tracing location of problem. Fuse and fuse block connections are good.

Most often, the Fogs go out when Hi Beams are turned on, so it may be as simple as the circuit they are wired into presently.

Always a good idea for a separate circuit WITH its own FUSE for each lamp.

87 Fog Lights

I removed my fogs a few years ago, still in a box. This is everything that came off, the blue/black wires with bare female connectors is whats still connected directly to the lights. The rest was cut loose to get them back to the frunk as I remember. Maybe you can see some of these connectors.

Not to start anything yet but a good chance it will be for sale soon. Thinking I want a more dedicated track car, something light weight and faster. Where the hobby has evolved.
And yes I had it painted for vanity reasons only and I think it looks great! Waay more fun when out driving vs. guard red. Free fog lights in a box included in any deal.
