I’ve used USHIP several times. And had great luck. Had a car moved from ND to NC for $400. Might be more if the car is just a roller.

For closed transport Intercity is one of the best and usually very reasonable compared with other enclosed transport services.
No recommendation for open transport but they can be much less expensive. Sub $500. That said for such a short trip you could rent a truck & trailer and DIY it.

That's what I'd do. Not a bad trip at all unless winter weather sets in. |

Hey John
Where in the Cities are you? There’s a few of us on here that live in and around Minneapolis. I’m over by Minnetonka.

Welcome, John!
I'm a little bit north of you but I guess we're neighbors!

What year car do you have John?
I have a small stash of impact bumper parts, as does my neighbor if you need anything. We regularly swap parts around. Always willing to help out on projects where I can for coffee and beer! Looking at all the responses here, we could also try for a spring meet or drive!

If it is within 1 days drive, I would rent a trailer and haul it myself for the peace of mind. Cheers.

It is nice to know that there are active MN Porsche people in the forums. I bought an 85 cabriolet about a year ago and look forward to connecting with many of you in the future.
Btw, it is hard to explain how satisfying it is to drive an air cooled 911. I live in Woodbury, MN Good luck on your transportation needs. My car was driveable, so I ended up driving it 600 miles (from Indiana) which turned out to be quite enjoyable. David |
