removing rear bumper 77 targa

I have removed bumperettes

to repaint the bumper for the holes I filled..i thought it best to reove the entire bumper instead of working around the trim bits, reflector etc with alot of masking tape. I ve partially removed rubber strip (cant get end near wheelwell to unscrew..or is it just a friction mount?

Next..o just remove bellows and then unscrew the 4 bolts holding the \bumper to the absorber or is there more to this then meets the eye?

Thanks

as I recall the last couple screws are recessed and behind the little black plugs in the rubber trim strip.
