Part number discrepancy question
Hi Pelicans,
I’m about to buy some parts from a fellow member here but I want to make sure I’m getting what I need. I’m looking for parts numbers 91156104200 and 91156104100 He has parts numbers 91156104201 and 91156104101 (one instead of zero at the end) I’ve seen pictures of the parts and they look identical, that said, I want to make sure as it’s a “final sale” deal. What would be the reason for the difference in the last number? Revised design? Extra production run? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Typically a new version, differences may be trivial or significant. Also, don't get fooled by numbers cast into parts: casting numbers often have little relevance to part numbers.
