Steel head studs from the dealer - Corrosion?
I have ordered steel head studs from the local Porsche dealer. They came with a small amount of corrosion on the threads. Asked for another set - they had the same corrosion.
Is this normal? I asked for a refund. Cheers and thanks. |

I find this surprising. These are $400 studs. Are they normally with some corrosion?

Just my opinion :
It should not matter that there is some slight surface rust but these are new studs and should be free of rust when purchased. |
