Need help identifying
Hi
Anyone knows where is this tube connected to. It runs from the back of the engine. 79’sc Thanks. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1545078303.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1545078303.jpg |
Trace it back and see if it connects to the front or rear of the throttle body. It's probably either the hose for the vacuum advance or retard on the distributor. There's a number of small vacuum lines back there. Is it connected to a t-connector on your deceleration valve there? I can't quite make it out in the image you posted.

It connected to the T connector. It’s one of a two vacuum line from the T. |

Another question.
I have read the threads regarding decel vale deleate. Can you please educate me which lines to disconnect and cap. Thanks. |
Sorry for the slow reply. Check this thread. It's the go to for CIS here. Hopefully it will answer your question. I'm not too familiar with the pre 80 CIS.
