Suspension upgrade to T - sway bars
I am getting a suspension upgrade done to my T, which came from the factory with the "comfort" suspension. I want to add sway bars among other upgrades. Any recommendations on sway bars? I was thinking of RSRs through body units?

Depends on what you plan to do with the car.
I drive mine on the streets for fun, Autocross, and occasional HPDE. My car has been lowered and corner balanced by a respectable local p car specific race shop. I have “turbo” torsion bars (to address a tire rub issue) and 19 mm adjustable weltmeister sway bars front and rear. The front is a through the body style. My car rides just how I like.

What year car are you talking about? I don't see a "T" in your garage.
The through the body sway is considered a better design than the '74 and later ones. However Eibach has an adjustable front sway for the IB cars now, and is probably the way to go for these. On my '71, which came without sways, I installed 19mm bars, with the front being adjustable and it was a great setup for the street and occasional auto crossing.
