Speedster - mechanic needed

My sister has an auction business and she’ll be selling a 89 Speedster soon. Pretty car, low miles, Ruf rims? But it does’t turnover. Lights and horn work, that’s it. Can someone recommend a Porsche knowledgeable mechanic in the Hagerstown or Frederick area? They would love to hire them. Info on the car is below. Thanks, Jon

Try jumping it and drive it a bit. The battery may just need to be recharged.

P.S. I'll take it for $10k.
