Fan restore balance issue?
I have restored my fan. On the ends of the blades I had some ugly welds which i sanded to get a smooth surface. Should i worry about the balance of the fan? If so is there a method to check this?

Those are not welds those are castings...seen many like that come into my shop.. Below is a magnesium weld
