Whewwwww! Thanks for the report Paul. I knew this one was fishy after talking to the guy on the phone. He had it for sale private party in the Auto Trader... he said I could come look at it at his storage area - his house was being remodeled and the construction people had taken over the garage. When I called to confirm, suddenly the car was at Car Gallerie! Sounds like they're trying to sell their cars posing as private party these days. I'm not thinking too highly of Car Gallerie and their tactics.

Motion, there was a nice black cab 993 on PCH at a high end dealer in Newport last weekend. Don't know the price, but I have looked there before and the prices seemed reasoanble. The Porshce dealer on PCH in Newport also had a red cab last week. You may want to give them a call. BTW, a friend of mine just purchased a pristine red 95' cab for $34K in San Diego with 24K miles.
