Info on AWD light indicator
 

I just fixed a 1989 Porsche Carrera 4 from a front end hit, but customer stated that two items do not work after the accident .
Blower only work when the A/C is on, but when the knob is turn to the heat position the blower stops working. Ineed to know what is the proble with blower motor and how to fix it.

The second item is the AWD this car has a knob on the center console with a light indicator, every time when the car is standing still I move the knob to the right and the light blinks fast and when I drive the car at 40mph the light gets steady for one second then it goes away. I need to know if this is normal or if the c4 has a problem.
