"Tire Bible" site...very informative
Stumbled on this while trying to educate myself on tires. The site covers many aspects of tire construction, performance considerations and it even has a very nice calculator for "Plus One" and "Plus Two" upgrades. There is also useful information on wheels. Hope it helps.
