Tach Gauge Face - Custom Overlay?

Looking to make my tach gauge face the color blue to continue the theme of my car.
I have an 87 3.2 Carrera.


Does someone on this board offer a nice gauge face or this service? I don't want to send the gauges to Hollywood Speedo and wait two weeks and pay $400 or so. This seems like a fun project to do in the garage.
