Novice Timing Light Question
I've timed many cars with several different timing lights over the years, but all of them had the base timing BTDC. Now, I've got two 911 cars that have a base timing AFTER TDC. My Innova timing light has the "dial back" feature. So, do I look for 85° (it goes from 0-90)? I'll admit also that i've not looked at the CS pulley...does it have a mark at 5° ATDC? I assume it does have a "0"/TDC mark. Yes?? thanx steve

Set the light at 0 and look for the 5 degree ATDC mark on the crank pulley
